Community Service Initiative by THE YOGA INSTITUTE
20th February 2019, Community Service Initiative; THE YOGA INSTITUTE in association with ROTARY CLUB OF BOMBAY WEST hosted Free Yoga Education Workshop for Municipal School Kids from Gandhigram Municipal Mumbai Public School Marathi and Hindi Medium (R2-86, Juhu Church Rd, Opposite ISKCON Juhu temple, Juhu Tara, Juhu, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400047) at The Yoga Institute Shri Yogendra Marg, Prabhat Colony, Santacruz East, Mumbai – 400055, India.
Children were enthusiastic and participated in all the yoga activities with full zest. The students learnt different aspects of yoga through play-way, storytelling and games method.
Vandana Jatin Desai and Pooja Heliwal conducted the free yoga education workshops for the underprivileged Municipal School kids. Hundreds of Municipal School Kids benefited from the community service programme.
